Lack of cleanliness is a major issue!!! The absence of a restroom in the lobby is absurd!!! The decor is outdated and tired looking!!! No spare toilet paper is simply unprofessional!!!

The overall experience was disappointing, especially with the

lack of cleanliness in the room. While the staff tried to be helpful, the bathroom had a strong urine smell and the sheets appeared unwashed. Though I appreciate their friendly service, the condition of the establishment needs serious improvement.

We spent some time exploring the area with our kids and loved visiting a nearby park. It was a nice way to wind down after a long drive, and the kids really enjoyed running around and playing.

A thorough cleaning of the rooms would make it so much better for families.

The bed was super comfy and the breakfast spread really exceeded my expectations. I loved relaxing by the pool and enjoying the refreshing spa treatment. Just a heads up, the hallway had a bit of a musty smell, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience! 😊

We had a fantastic group vacation, visiting a local casino and trying our luck. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean, making our stay enjoyable. Be prepared for a bit of a walk to access the rooms through an outdoor corridor, which could feel sketchy at night.

However, we did notice some issues with the facility, like it being quite dated and needing updates, especially the hallways which reek of cigarette smoke.
